Gill has over 20 years’ experience that encompasses both public and private sectors. She has significant experience in strategy, governance, ICT and business transformation and has held a variety of senior strategic business analysis, project management and change management roles.
Gill has been responsible for developing ICT system requirements and procurement acquisition, ICT Health Checks, developing technology strategy and digital strategy, project governance and compliance, industry consultation and developing policy transformation frameworks. Gill’s project management experience includes leading development of business cases and submissions to support investment decisions for ICT systems and transformation initiatives, consolidation of payroll systems and merging public sector agencies.
