
Lisa Hill
Lisa is a qualified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a hands-on practitioner in Lean. She has coached over 40 teams in Lean resulting in significant organisational improvements. Lisa has also delivered business process improvement and Lean modules in leadership programs and mentors leaders during project design and implementation.
She has designed and delivered short courses for Leadership Programs, for the University of Adelaide and University of South Australia, as well as providing individual and team coaching to help with implementing Lean, Business Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement in Consumer and Business Services, Forensic Science SA, SafeWork SA, State Records and other organisations. Lisa continues to work with University of Adelaide in the Business Process Improvement and Lean space and delivers project management programs to University of South Australia’s Student Leadership Groups.
Lisa has also had significant involvement implementing Whole of Government improvement initiatives such as Complaints Handling, Cutting Red Tape and Service Excellence. She was the Change Program Manager for the Attorney General’s Department, delivering multiple Strategic Plans and developing a new Business Planning framework. She continues to deliver Strategic Planning sessions and coach Business Managers and Improvement Managers to support them in the implementation of Lean and Business Process improvements. Lisa has held senior positions within Government, most recently Director of Performance and Business Services at Attorney General’s Department and Portfolio Manager for the National Disability Insurance Scheme Reform Projects at the Department of Human Service.
